- With a UK guarantor, you can pay your rent in three instalments, with the first payment due 3 weeks before check-in.
- Without a UK guarantor, full rent payment is required to the start of your tenancy.

If you prefer to pay your rent in instalments, a UK guarantor will be required.
A. A valid UK guarantor is required if you wish to pay your rent in installments.
B. International guarantors are not accepted by the property.
C. If you cannot provide a UK guarantor, the property recommends using Housing Hand's services.

Cancellation Policy
Initial Cancellation / Cooling-Off Period
There is no standard cooling-off period. However, you may cancel your booking by finding a suitable replacement tenant.
Cancellation Terms
You must find a replacement tenant who meets all eligibility criteria and agrees to the same contract.
The cancellation is confirmed only after the new tenant completes all paperwork, payments, and checks.
Until then, you remain responsible for rent and all contract terms.
If no replacement is found, your contract remains valid and must be fulfilled.
