The first rent instalment must be paid 10 days prior to your tenancy start date. Your second rent payment will be due in January, and your third and final rent instalment will be due in May.
If you are unable to provide a guarantor in the country of your accommodation, your rent payment will need to be made a year in advance, in full, 10 days prior to your tenancy start date.
