All our apartments are fully furnished, kept in excellent condition and located close to universities, public transport and key areas of the city // What we offer: - Weekly cleaning in common areas so you always enjoy a tidy and clean space. - Personalized advice throughout your stay, to help you with any questions or needs. - Fast and efficient maintenance, solving any problem in less than 24 hours // General conditions: - We do not accept couples or pets. - It is mandatory to pay a deposit and an admin fee, each equivalent to one month's rent. - The deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract, as long as there are no damages or outstanding debts // Our priority is to offer a unique and hassle-free experience, in an environment that promotes well-being and coexistence! // At the end of the contract, the tenant must pay a €150 Exit Fee, intended to cover the costs of managing and preparing the property. This fee includes a full final cleaning of the apartment, a monthly deep cleaning of common areas (in addition to the weekly superficial cleaning), the replacement or refurbishment of minor items such as kitchenware and utensils, and the repair of small marks or stains on walls resulting from ordinary use. It also includes a minor maintenance service, which relieves the tenant of any ordinary expenses related to the points above. The Exit Fee is deducted directly from the security deposit at the end of the contract and does not limit the tenant’s responsibility for damages exceeding normal wear and tear.
