Bedroom 1: It has a double bed of 1.90x1.50 and a bathroom en suite with shower Bedroom 2: It has a double bed of 1.90x1.50 and a large dressing room. The bathroom of this bedroom is in the dining room. Bedroom 3: It has two single beds of 1.90x90, a dressing room and a bathroom en suite with shower. Bedroom 4: It has two single beds of 1.90x90 and a bathroom en suite with shower. All bedrooms have AC and heating. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, has a breakfast bar that is perfect for breakfast. The apartment also has: WIFI, bed linen, towels, hair dryer (one in each bathroom). In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighbors community, the apartment has a noise control device installed. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
