In the area you can find a wide range of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. It is perfect for families or business trips and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is a modern apartment in which every last detail has been taken care of to make your stay perfect. Its 65 square meters are distributed in a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchenette (washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), two bedrooms with a double bed each measuring 190x135 cm, a complete bathroom with shower, a toilet and a terrace from which to contemplate Madrid. It has AC, heating, bedding, towels, WIFI, hair dryer, etc. It is a modern and bright apartment and has a terrace with views since it is located on the eighth floor, with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
