The house has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be placed together or separately. The master bedroom has natural light through a magnificent balcony. Perfectly equipped home, located in a privileged area in a historic building in the center of Madrid. The living room and dining room have two exterior balconies. The house is renovated and decorated with attention to detail. The portal overlooks a small pedestrian plaza and there are numerous restaurants and terraces in the area where you can enjoy the city. Equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher and ceramic hob. Individual heating, the house is very warm. The house also has a washing machine. The bathroom is modern, renovated and has everything you need.heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€/month. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
