I'm currently renting my flat in Lavapiés (right in the centre of Madrid, one metro stop from Sol, near the Museums and Atocha train station) for medium term leases . Perfect for students that are studying at the different universities in Madrid as the train station is 5 minutes away. It is newly refurbished with air conditioning/heat pump and natural gas cooker, the tiled floor is also new, as well as the electrical installation. It is an exterior fourth floor with views to the Corrala and Agustín Lara squares so it has wide views with no buildings in front (an unsual plus in the centre of Madrid). It also has another living room with a large new sofa to rest and watch TV. The bedroom has a double bed with storage space and a large built-in wardrobe.
