In the social area, we find a spacious living room integrated in an open floor plan with the dining room. The kitchen, fully equipped with large and small appliances, is located next to the dining room and can be integrated or delimited thanks to a system of sliding doors. We begin by presenting the private area with the master suite, which has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined together to form a double bed under request. Next, the guest bedroom or office has a sofa-bed that could be set up as a single bedroom under request. Finally, the second bathroom is located in the corridor, serving the bedrooms, and also functioning as a guest toilet as it is next to the living room. Surrounded by the most exclusive and select shops in Madrid and just a short walk from emblematic places and monuments such as El Retiro Park, the Plaza de Colón and La Puerta de Alcalá, this flat also enjoys excellent transport links with the rest of thecity's neighbourhoods, with the Velázquez and Serrano metro stations just a few metres away, as well as a variety of bus lines in the surrounding streets.
