Next to the common areas is the magnificent master bedroom and a spacious bathroom. This 51m2 flat is located in the north of Madrid. It has a bedroom with a bed and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The flat has a living/dining room which has a sofa and a dining table. Spacious apartment located in the Malasaña-Universidad district, a few metro stops from universities such as Comillas or Nebrija , as well as exploring the center. In its surroundings we can have different places that can meet our needs such as; shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies among others. Its location is well connected to the center of the capital, especially with Gran Vía and Plaza España, emblematic places of the city of Madrid.
