The master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a separate bathroom with shower. The kitchen has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay and has a breakfast area. The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, so it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
