It has capacity for 2 people, making it perfect for couples or business trips. In our apartment you can enjoy the most authentic and local Madrid, surrounded by typical shops and restaurants of the capital and with all kinds of food. It has 45m2 divided into a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa, a large bedroom with a double bed, and a complete bathroom with a shower. The living room has a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and a sofa bed. The bedroom is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc. It also has: bedding, towels, AC, heating. It does not have an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
