Upon entering the flat, you will be received by a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a complete home-cooked meal. The kitchen features an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery, cooking utensils and a practical auxiliary table that can also be used as a bar for breakfasts or informal meals. The spacious and bright living room, tastefully decorated and designed for relaxation. A large window with access to the balcony allows abundant natural light to enter, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for additional guests, a dining table for up to 4 people and an air conditioning unit that guarantees comfort even on the hottest summer days. The flat has two independent bedrooms, both with double beds and wardrobes, providing sufficient storage space for short or extended stays. The rooms are carefully designed to offer maximum rest in a comfortable environment.
