Your room has its own living room and study place, 30m2 with 3 balconies in a 190 m2 apartment in a historical building set in the most chic area in Madrid Your room is situated just next to the main entrance with total independency and intimacy from the rest of the apartment. have an independent lavatory where you can leave your toiletries. By night you have a unique access to half of the house your bedroom. The kitchen separates physically your area from mine. I have years of experience hosting students at home from different origins, gender and universities as well as guests from over the world and I enjoy it so much. Half pension can be arranged for an extra fee of 250 per month. A steering iron and ironing table are at your disposal. I speak French, English, Italian and Spanish.
