It has a large dining room with a balcony, a kitchen with a dining area and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is really bright and very comfortable, with a privileged location just a few minutes walk from such emblematic places as the Plaza Mayor or Sol. It has a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a balcony, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay and a dining area. The main room has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, and the second room has two very comfortable single beds. In addition, there is a second independent bathroom with a shower. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
