All of the above rooms have direct access to the private rectangular courtyard that runs the length of the house. Without a doubt, this is a privileged location, with a wide range of establishments and shops in the surrounding area, which makes day-to-day life easier, without having to move from the neighbourhood. It also has easy access to strategic streets such as Velázquez, Serrano, María de Molina and Paseo de la Castellana.
