The entrance hall leads to the spacious social area, where three different ambiences coexist: the living room, the sitting room and the dining room. These rooms enjoy abundant natural light and pleasant views, thanks to the large windows in the house. A guest toilet completes this area, serving possible visitors and maintaining the privacy of the private rooms. Next to the dining room is the master bedroom, with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) that could be separated into two single beds under request and has a chest under the mattress, which complements the already ample storage space. It also has its own ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms have adouble bed (140 x 200 cm) and share a bathroom, located directly opposite. The kitchen, fully equipped with large and small appliances, has a separate laundry room and a comfortable dining area for more informal meals. The excellent location is another attraction of this spectacular property. Numerous bars, restaurants, shops, health and beauty centres, and the famous Chamberí Market, known for the quality of its fresh products, make the day to day life very comfortable, as only a few minutes walk away you will find everything you need for your daily shopping. It has very good public transport connections with the rest of the city, thanks to several bus lines just a few metres from the property, as well as the metro stations Gregorio Marañón, Alonso Cano, Ríos Rosas, Iglesia, Rubén Darío and Nuevos Ministerios, which also has a connection with the Renfe commuter train.
