The price does not include: Final cleaning: 1 bedroom apartment 300, 2 bedroom apartment 350, 3 bedroom apartment 400, 4 and 5 bedroom apartment 450 -Pet fee: 300 per pet -Deposit: 1 month's rent for reservations of up to 4 months, 2 months' rent for reservations of 5-11 months - to be returned at the end of the stay. -A minimum rental of 31 nights in Barcelona and 30 nights in Madrid is mandatory -The security deposit and the signing of the rental contract must be made 72 hours before arrival. -No check-in to the apartment will be accepted without the rental agreement signed prior to arrival.
