Renovated and cozy apartment located in the heart of Madrid, in the Las Letras neighborhood, one of the most emblematic and picturesque in the city, surrounded by bars, leisure activities and shops. The apartment is completely renovated and is designed to make your stay a unique experience. It is a bright apartment and very well connected to the rest of the city thanks to public transport. It is perfect for families, business trips and couples, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a main room, with a (hidden) double bed; a living room with a double sofa bed perfect for resting after a long day, smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi; a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, etc.) and a complete bathroom with a shower. The apartment has AC, heating, bed linen and towels. It is on the third floor with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
