Apartment in the heart of Madrid, just fifty meters from Puerta del Sol. This unbeatable location offers easy access to all of Madrids universities UCM, UAM, URJC, UC3M, IE, etc. via Sol Station. The apartment is a 5th floor with no elevator and features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, with each room having its own private key. We exclusively accept students or young people looking for a short-term stay. Basic bedding is provided, although tenants are welcome to bring their own comforter. While the living room is not available and the kitchen is small, its ideal for preparing simple meals. Despite being in the center of the city, the apartment offers a quiet, peaceful environment, perfect for students.
