The delivery of apartment keys will be done directly at our offices on Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, ground floor, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. In case of arriving after 7:00 pm, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly in the apartment for the key handover. Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT).
