In front of the elegant entrance hall, we find the social area of the flat, divided into three rooms, connected by comfortable sliding doors. In the first of these is the living room, presided over by three balconies that flood the room with light. On one side of it is the second room, which is arranged as a living area and has a work or study area. On the other side is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with large and small appliances and integrates the dining room. The private area, distributed on both sides of the entrance hall, gives complete privacy and independence to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with a chest under the mattress and has an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a double bed (180 x 200 cm) which can be replaced by two single beds under request and have a chest under the mattress. Both have ensuite bathrooms, one of them being ensuite and the other one being conveniently located in front of the bedroom, thus serving possible visitors.
