This wonderful, modern and cozy 50m2 apartment is located next to the Plaza del 2 de Mayo in Madrid, in the emblematic and picturesque neighborhood of Malasaña, one of the best-known in the city. It has a capacity of 4 guests, making it perfect for families. The apartment is divided into a living room area with a sofa and television, high-speed Wi-Fi, an equipped and completely renovated kitchen and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed (2 single beds). The bathroom is completely renovated and is complete, with a shower. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. The accommodation does not have air conditioning but does have 2 fans. It is heated and comes with bed linen and towels. It is on the first floor with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
