Cozy apartment, and with an excellent location, next to Puerta del Sol. It has two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and is fully equipped. It has two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite, and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator, but once you are in the apartment you will forget about that small effort. The main room has a 160X200 bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a 140x190cm bed and there is a bathroom next to it. The house is located next to Puerta del Sol, in the heart of Madrid, from where you can walk to the main points of tourist interest in the city. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
