Mercado de Antón Martín, one of the most authentic local markets in central Madrid, is around a 10-minute walk away. Right downstairs and throughout the surrounding streets, you’ll find traditional Spanish taverns, modern cafés, hidden tapas bars and excellent little wine bars. You could easily spend weeks eating your way around the neighborhood without running out of places to discover.
