More About the Property

Magnificent apartment, new, modern and totally refurbished, with lots of personality. Great location, next to the Puerta del Sol. Spacious living room, modern kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and the apartment is provided with linens, towels, shampoo and gel. The apartment has a privileged location, 10 min walk or less from the main tourist points. The apartment is perfectly equipped and it has been carefully decorated. The master bedroom has a double bed of 150cmX190cm and the second bedroom has also a doble bed. Please note that the apartment is located in a nightlife area, on a street with several bars and nightclubs. During weekends, there may be more activity around the building entrance and some noise from the street. However, we hope this will not cause significant inconvenience for most guests. We recommend bringing earplugs if you’d like to minimize any potential disturbance, although the noise is generally not excessive. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
