Incredible apartment located in Don Ramon de la Cruz next to Príncipe de Vergara, in the Salamanca neighborhood, one of the best and most emblematic in Madrid. It is a quiet neighborhood with many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. and very well connected with the rest of the city. It has capacity for 6 people and is perfect for families and business trips. It is not a tourist home. It is a modern apartment decorated with very good taste. The apartment has 70 square meters distributed in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room and an equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a 190x135 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other has two 190x90 single beds. The second bathroom is independent and with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, oven, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) and the living-dining room has a dining table, a sofa bed for two guests, high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV. In addition, the apartment has: AC, heating, hair dryer, bed linen, towels... It is on the third floor with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
