It’s located in the Rios Rosas neighborhood, in the centric district of Chamberi. You’ll be able to easily access universities such as CEU (on its Center campus), Complutense of Madrid and Politécnica. In the area you’ll also find lots of shops, restaurants and museums such as the Geominero, Sorolla, Canal de Isabel II or the Natural Science Museum. The closes metro station is *Ríos Rosas (Line 1)* although you can also *use Alonso Cano (Line 7).* Rental conditions: - Free Check-in time: 9:00h - 18:00h from Monday to Friday. - We offer to pick up service from the airport with a cost of 65€+VAT - The utility costs are as described in the listing.
