Stylish and cozy studio, very comfortable and central, recently renovated, located in a beautiful building on Calle Alonso Cano in Madrid, in the heart of Chamberí. There is a nice living room with a dining table, a magnificent sofa-bed and a modern kitchen. The apartment is perfectly equipped (air conditioning, TV, wifi, washing machine, toaster, ...) for a comfortable stay. There are 3 nearby metro stations and it is less than 5 minutes walk from Paseo de la Castellana. Renovated and stylish studio, well-designed, perfectly equipped and with a maximum capacity of 2 people. The apartment has a living-dining room area, with a magnificent sofa-bed, and a modern kitchen. The bathroom is located in the hallway. The apartment is very central, in Chamberí neighborhood, in a beautiful building that has an elevator. The living room has a sofa-bed area with Smart-TV, and a dining table. The open kitchen is modern and very well equipped (refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...). The apartment is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine in the hall closet, ... The neighborhood is an area with a lot of life in the center of the city, with a great gastronomic and cultural offer and very well connected (it has 3 very close metro stops and Cercanías -city train-). Minty Stay is the company that helps me in the management of the apartment and they will take care of the assistance during guests' stay in this serviced apartment. Upon request, the services that may be offered include: regular cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space in the vicinity and transfer service from / to the airport or train station. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
