My name is María. We are living at the flat me and my cat Bella, and two students, we are all english speaking, except Bella... The apartment is on the eigth floor of a 1920's building well cared, equiped with two elevators and intercom. The flat is renovated and mainteined, in a mix of shabby chic- mid century style, and is comfy decorated: original polished hardwood floors, restored original cement tiles and even the new bathrooms are renovated following the original style. The kitchen, open to the living and dinnig, its full equiped: dishwasher, food processor, gas stove, oven, microwave... All bedrooms has AC split, and decor is refreshed every season. The building is close to Cuatro Caminos Metro Station, a residential area that is well communicated to the city center, by several Metro and bus lines. It's near to Parque Santander, Teatro de Canal, Ciudad Universitaria and it only takes 20 minutes to Madrid center. In front of the building there's the F bus stop, it takes you directly to UCM! At the neighborhood area you'll find many restaurants, tapas bar, supermarkets , fashion shops, gyms... We like equity, diversity, tolerance, empathy, team work, responsible customer/shopper, RRR, circular economy, music, movies, sharing dinners and chat, to achieve a clean, safe, and collaborative enviroment. We keep COVID 19 safety measures, daily ventilation in all rooms, disinfecting sprays and hidroalcoholic gel dispenser in kitchen and bathrooms.
