Nice recently renovated apartment composed of entrance to living area with fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed, smart TV, access to balcony with table and chairs, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds both with private bathroom annex. washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, unlimited internet wifi, towels and bed linen. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
