More About the Property

Living in via San Vitale, in Bologna, means breathing the atmosphere of the historical center, as it is in the heart of the university area. The apartment, part of an ancient historical building protected by the superintendance for fine arts, is facing an interior small cloister so it is not affected by the coming and goings on the main road. It is bright, recentyly refurbished, equipped with all comforts including the dishwasher, washing machine, a very well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. All linens are available for guests. Bills (within reasonable consumption) and all other costs related to the building are included. The apartment is meant for one individual or a couple. It is possible to accommodate other guests, but only on an occasional basis. Students from abroad are more than welcome. Small pets are welcome but first check rules with the landlord. Any additional request can be evaluated. It is possible to sleep either downstairs in the blu sofa bed or upstairs in the mezzanine (140 cm high therefore one cannot stand). Near the apartment there are pharmacies, supermarkets, a great gelateria, a market, banks, post office, many stores, parlours, a huge number of places where you can eat for a cheap price, restaurants, pizzerias and many bars. The two towers (one of the symbols of the city) are less than 200 metres far! Please write and ask for any further information. Upon arrival, I'll be glad to introduce you to the city, with some information about the transport system, the University premises, all must-see points like the basil of San Luca or the Giardini Margherita. See you soon!
