Immersed in the narrow streets of the historic center, full of typical shops, restaurants and clubs, it will allow you to reach the main attractions of the city in a few minutes' walk. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
