Bright apartment with two balconies in the historic center of Bologna, a short walk from the Museum of Modern Art. Located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment is very bright and cosy. The living room is large, decorated with stucco on the ceiling and furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed and a sofa, TV and wooden bookcase, as well as a balcony overlooking the street below. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dining area and complete with a dishwasher and oven, as well as access to a second balcony overlooking the rooftops. The sleeping area consists of two cozy rooms, both with double bed and wardrobe, one of which also has a desk for studying or working from home. Finally, the bathroom, white and elegant, is complete with shower cubicle and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating are also available. *The city center is a Limited Traffic Zone so we recommend leaving your car in one of the many parking lots and enjoying the historic center on foot. Bologna, known as the 'Dotta' being the headquarters of the oldest University in the West, the 'Grassa' for its food and wine excellences and the 'Red' color that characterizes the historic center, is a wonderful city art, culture and commerce. His soul resides in the medieval historic center that is among the largest in Europe and rich in taverns, shops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historic center is Piazza Maggiore where the charm of medieval palaces is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, that of the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without having tasted its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, Bolognese sauce accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city able to surprise all year round. The central train station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment and the airport can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
