Spacious and bright apartment in the historic center of Bologna, in a peaceful and well-served context. Consisting of a large living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, HD TV, unlimited fiber optic WiFi internet, air conditioning, towels and linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
