The apartment features an entrance opening into a living area with a comfortable double sofa bed and a large HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, desks, and ample wardrobe space. Unlimited wifi internet is provided, and the apartment will be supplied with towels and bed linens. All utility bills are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, unlimited wifi internet, water, waste disposal tax, flat bill), but we will set a maximum cap (usually €300-350/month) in the contract to prevent energy waste and excessive consumption. With normal usage, you won't incur additional costs. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations.
