Equipped with two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the spacious lounge, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Well connected and a short distance from the city center, it will be a perfect base for your stay in Bologna. it will be provided with towels and linen. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linen and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay.
