Nice apartment on the ground floor in a building in the historic center of Bologna. Composed of entrance to living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, dishwasher, sleeping area with double bed and single sofa bed, washing machine, bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with unlimited wifi. The apartment will be equipped with towels and linen. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linen and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations.
