About us: We're three working professionals (two women and one man). We're tidy, easygoing, and respectful. The apartment: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher The room has a lovely balcony (temporarily inaccessible during the 2–3 months of renovation work) It has a projector too, for movies?? Top floor (no elevator) Costs: minimum 1 year but we can talk about it) Utilities: Electricity and gas are shared separately; an additional €50 per month covers water, internet, building fees, waste collection, and boiler maintenance.
