"Charming apartment located on the first floor (with elevator) of a prestigious building in the historic center of Bologna, conveniently positioned near the university and major city attractions. Comprising an entrance leading to a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV (not shown in the photos yet, but will be added soon), bathroom with a spacious shower and washer/dryer, unlimited wifi, and a double bedroom with ample wardrobe space. Featuring inner courtyard views, the apartment offers a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment will be provided with towels and bed linens. All utilities are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, unlimited wifi internet, water, waste disposal tax, flat bill), but we will set a maximum cap (generally €200-250/month) in the contract to prevent energy waste and excessive consumption. With normal usage, you won't incur additional costs. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linen and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations. It is our commitment to ensure that your stay is pleasant and hassle-free, and the administration costs allow us to maintain this high standard of service.
