Subletting my 40m2 Altbau apartment in Lichtenberg while I'm away - fully furnished, move-in ready, in a quiet residential building with high ceilings and beautiful original details. The space: The living room is the heart of the place with a big, comfy sofa with sleeping function, a soft rug, with a cozy work-from-home desk tucked into a sunny window nook (great light all day). Original wood floors run throughout.The bedroom is built around a solid wood loft bed, with a full built-in wardrobe tucked underneath — so you sleep up top and still get a proper closet and a little reading nook below (there's a vintage armchair down there to enjoy). The kitchen is a eat-in kitchen: gas stove, a built-in bean-to-cup coffee machine, open shelving, and a dining table under pendant lights - big enough to cook and hang out in. Also good for working. The bathroom has a tub with a handheld shower, a washing machine, a heated towel rail, and a window for natural light. The entryway has a coat rack and shoe storage. Additional note: I have two cats, easygoing and independent, with their own floor-to-ceiling cat tree in the bedroom.
