You'll have only about 7 minutes to Alexanderplazt with a car, and about 12 minuter with Tram M2. What gives it an 'Altbau' feeling is the original wooden floor and high ceilings. It will be quiet inside, because the flat is located in the backhouse. So it will be berfect when you work from home or if you value quietness.
