We offer free cancellation up to 12 noon the day prior to arrival for bookings made directly on staycity.com, if cancelled outside of this the first night will be charged. This excludes ‘Pay Now and Save’ bookings. These are non-refundable.
Please note, due to COVID-19, we have increased the flexibility on our cancellation policies. You can now change the dates on ‘Pay Now and Save' bookings. Rates changes maybe apply and must be rebooked within a 3 month period.
