In order to be accepted, you must attach the ID/Passport VISA and Proof of income Work contract 3 last payslips / Scholarship / Bank statement. Please be aware after your booking is accepted, your team will contact you in order to delivery the tenancy agreement and to confirm the check-in date you must transfer the admin fee within 7 days your booking is confirmed and deposit before check-in date.Check-in is only available weekdays from 10am to 4pm. No CLEANING is applied to our apartments, there is only a cleaning final fee of 150, it's provided after the check-out and deduced from the deposit at the end of the lease. Please also note that there is an extra 500 deposit per pet.
