Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Bars und Restaurants so wie der Kanal und Parks befinden sich in der Nähe. Auf Wunsch kann die Einrichtung auf die Bedürfnisse angepasst werden, es ist alles möglich. Da es sich um einen sehr ruhigen Wohnhaus handelt, wünsche ich auch ruhige Mieter, keine Party Leute. Ich wohne auf derselben Etage, kann bei allen behilflich sein, bin auch gerne offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen. Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon welches nach Süden zeigt, erlaubt. IchIch freue mich auf nette Leute!
