I am subletting my room at (hidden) Frankfurter Tor from 1 July until 15 September. The location is excellent: the building is directly at the Frankfurter Tor U-Bahn entrance, with the M10 and 21 tramplus a bus stop right in front. It is also on Warschauer Straße, a very lively and central area with great nightlife, cafés, restaurants and easy transport connections. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a beautiful view over the main street. The building also includes a reception/common area with games and recreational spaces, a large gym included, and an outdoor garden. There are over 500 friendly tenants, so it is very easy to meet people and make friends. Perfect for someone looking for a central, social and well-connected place in Berlin.
