The additional costs are 132 / month (already included into the warm rent cost). Please note that the additional costs are based on an estimate of your consumption and on an actual service charge. We require 2 net-cold rents deposit as a guarantee of the booking. This payment must be done by the reservation. You need to move-out 7 days in advance because of maintenance reasons.
