Thaerstraße, Berlin 1

This lovely loft unit is located in the quiet backyard of a typical Berliner historical building. It has a large open living space with a stair that leads up to the mezzanine level in which the doubled is located. The bathroom is equipped with a large rainshower and a window with plenty of daylight. The steel kitchen is fully equipped. In hot summernights the room stays cool and airy, due to the high ceilings. There is a community garden that you are also allowed to use, in the second backyard.
