The apartment is in the front building on a quiet street with direct connections to the S-Bahn, bus and tram. The living room and guest bedroom ceilings feature lavishly restored original stucco molding and all rooms are painted in Farrow & Ball colours. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, the house has an elevator (half floor). There is central heating in the premises with the floors being covered with restored wooden floorboards.
