Inside, new, highly durable industrial-grade hard flooring in a herringbone pattern, electric roof windows, electric roller shutters and Artemide lighting create a bright, comfortable setting. The apartment was updated in July 2026, including the kitchen backsplash and electrical system. Work from home at a dedicated desk with an ergonomic office chair and 250 Mbps Wi-Fi. Smart TVs and a Marshall sound system are provided. The bedroom has a double bed; an additional guest bed is in the living room. A crib is available on request. Bed linen, pillows, blankets, towels and storage furniture are included. A private, lockable basement provides extra storage. READY FOR EVERYDAY LIFE The kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and kitchenware.
