Senefelderstr.

The 22 sqm room has direct access to a large balcony overlooking the trees on the street. The room itself has a high ceiling which makes it spacious and a lot of light especially from the evening sun. The room is very quiet, with some urban noise in the background when the balcony door is open. The room is located in a charming 90 sqm apartment in a period building, typical of Berlin. The entire building has been renovated and has an elevator to the fourth floor. The building is centrally located in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg, a very popular area with lovely cafes and restaurants.
